Prior to being treated by Dr. Abosh, I herniated my disc in my mid 30s that caused me so much stiffness and chronic pain. I was unable to bend from the waist and had to give up jogging as well as cycling, and weightlifting. I was told by my orthopedist that I would have to take anti-inflammatories and muscle relaxants until the situation becomes unmanageable and eventually have surgery. Other chiropractors would just adjust me and once I felt some relief, I would only go back to them during flair-ups. Noone ever talked to me about the mechanical causes of my problem. This cycle lasted for 14 years and did not get me better.
Dr Abosh started by taking me out of pain BUT explained to me very thoroughly the cause of my problem and how it needed to be addressed in order to be able to have a full range of motion again and live pain free. During my healing journey, I had some setbacks, but Dr. Abosh would always tell me:” These are just tiny blips on the radar screen. Stay focused on your general progress!”. Between his positive and encouraging comments, his adjustments, his comprehensive physical therapy sessions, and his expertise in dry needling, I am much better. I can jog and exercise strenuously again! To be quite honest, I have never had this much endurance in my entire life despite being almost 50 and going through perimenopause.
I am very grateful to Dr. Abosh for helping me regain my health and trust in my body again!

Not only do I get adjusted but also some massage, stimulation via electrical pads, physical therapy and waterbed jets all have helped to turn my neck, and later lower back pain around. I am getting continuous improvement but also strength building to prevent against problems in the future.

I came expecting professional help both thru chiropractic skills and physical therapy. And it has exceeded my expectations. I had a great physical therapist in the past but this office has some additional equipment that I have really appreciated. They have a massage chair and a hydrobed which has been great at soothing some pain. I always wanted to get a good massage after past physical therapy sessions so this has been good. I appreciate Dr. Abosh who focuses on getting you better rather than dragging out your therapy. He got me in right away after evaluation to start relieving my pain. It worked after my first visit. I remain hopeful that i won’t have to deal with some of my chronic aches in my shoulders and lower back again after I’m done. He has a good plan in place that isn’t going to take 2 yrs and seems like less than 1yr. So I’m very glad that I can get both in one location and he is definitely focused on getting you healthy!

Everyone’s body is different and heals at its own rate, not to mention habits can slow progression as well. He is available by phone almost all the time. If they are not open the call goes to his cell phone and he will help you then or will call you back asap. Highly recommend Dr. Paul for a Chiropractor. First session went great and already feeling relief in my back and kneck. Office is very clean and staff are super friendly.
Before coming to Integrative Health I was only able to walk less than 1/4 mile with pain. Now after 2 months I am able to walk 2-3 miles at a time with no pain. My endurance, energy level and flexibility have improved. Dr Abosh and Kaitlin are kind and inspiring.

My Lower Back Pain has Greatly Improved!
I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Paul Abosh at ABC Clinics (Towson Integrative Health) for a chronic pain in my lower back and a tense neck. Dr. Abosh was very professional and knowledgeable and after an analysis of my case, he took the time to thoroughly explained the reason that was causing this discomfort and the rehabilitation plan to be implemented to reduce that pain. I am on my second week of treatment and the pain in my lower back has decreased in an 85%! For almost 5 years I have been on medications to reduce the pain in the lower back. The stiffness in that area used to disrupt my sleep at night and this was also interfering with my daily activities. I decided to give the chiropractic therapy a chance because my daughter was in pain also due to multiple accidents in gymnastics. Therefore, in finding a chiropractic near us, we found ABC Clinics at Towson. After two weeks, I can see and feel the difference. I can sleep better and without medication for the lower back. I wake up more relive and restful. Dr. Abosh and his assisstant are a very professional team. Both are very patient, attentive, and passionate for their work. The front desk receptionist always reminds me of the exit parking ticket. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Dr. Abosh because he truly shows concern for your condition and with the appropriate treatment plan you will get your peace of body again. Dr Abosh is the best!! A year ago I finally decided to see someone about the fact that an old shoulder injury still prevented me from sleeping on my right side. I went to see Dr Abosh and he immediately figured out the issue, made a treatment plan and we got to work. A few months later I was sleeping like a baby on that shoulder! I still go on a monthly basis for a check-in and shoulder adjustment and I’ve had no issues with it since. On top of being good at his job, Dr Abosh is friendly, kind and personable. He genuinely cares about his patients. I’m so happy I found him. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Dr Abosh for almost a year. He’s my third chiropractor in 11 years and by far, the best and most thorough. I see him for back and neck pain, knee pain, and I had vertigo. I had laser treatments and no more vertigo. He’s friendly and likes to joke around. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I seriously doubt anything about them is true. I’m very picky and if he wasn’t good, I would not be paying to see him. This is the only chiropractor’s office where I have gotten physical therapy, adjustment, e stim, and a massage chair for a normal copay. You literally cannot find better treatment.
